The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff (NRC) has reviewed the Proposed Alternative, FNP-ISI-ALT-02, dated October 8, 2007, submitted by Southern Nuclear Operating Company. The NRC staff identified additional information needed to complete the review of this alternative. Please note that provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.108(a) apply. The Request for Additional Information is provided as an enclosure to this memorandum.
