Dear Honorable Judges Karlin,

Elleman and Wardwell:

During the prehearing conference call on June 12, 2007, the Board requested that Entergy determine the availability of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station for a site visit during the first three weeks in October. The Board also requested that other parties indicate their availability for the dates provided by Entergy no later than June 29, 2007.

By letter dated June 14, 2007, Entergy indicated that the site visit could take place any time on a week day during the first three weeks of October except October 17, 2007.

Counsel for the Vermont Department of Public Service are available any of the dates except for October 5, 8, 9 and 10. Attorney Roisman will be in Texas on those dates at a long-planned wedding of a close family friend.
