Security Related lnfonnation Withhold Under 10 CFR 2.390 1 DTE Electric Company (DTE) appreciates the opportunity to present its perspectives on the facts and assumptions used by the NRC to arrive at the subject finding and its significance.
The Regulatory Conference provides a forum to meet with the NRC in order to further our ongoing dialogue on this issue and to present additional facts and information for the NRC to consider in determining the significance of this finding.
