Gellrich (CCNPP) to Document Control Desk (NRC),dated November 13, 2013, Application for Technical Specification Improvement to Adopt TSTF-426-A, Revision 5, "Revise of Add Actions toPreclude Entry into LCO 3.0.3 -RITSTF Initiatives 6b and 6c"In Reference 1, Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC submitted a license amendment request to modify the Technical Specification requirements to adopt the changes described inTechnical Specification Task Force (TSTF)-426-A, Revision 5, "Revise of Add Actions toPreclude Entry into LCO 3.0.3 -RITSTF Initiatives 6b and 6c." Supplemental information isneeded for completion of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission review of the requested amendment.

Attachment (1) provides corrected inserts for Technical Specification 3.6.6 and3.7.8. Additionally, corrected Technical Specification Bases insert B 3.7.8.1 is also provided inAttachment (1). Please replace the affected inserts in Reference 1 with the attached inserts.We apologize for any inconvenience.

This supplemental information does not change the No Significant Hazards Determination provided in Reference
