In the Reference 1 letter, Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) was informed of an escalated enforcement action, EA-22-089, associated with a preliminary White finding and apparent violation 05000317/2022090, a failure to implement foreign material exclusion (FME) practices in accordance with site procedures. In the Reference 1 letter, the NRC provided a final significance determination of a White finding and notice of violation.

In the Reference 2 letter, CEG informed the NRC on the readiness for the supplemental inspection. In the Reference 3 letter, due to the need to complete an additional causal analysis, CEG informed the NRC of the need to postpone the supplemental inspection and would inform the NRC in writing of readiness to perform the supplemental inspection.

This letter notifies the NRC that Calvert Cliffs is ready for the supplemental inspection.
