NOTICE OF SIGNIFICANT LICENSEE MEETING THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE


Purpose: Provide opportunities to discuss inspection results and regulatory changes at the Kewaunee Power Station following the permanent cessation of operation. During this meeting we will also discuss the decommissioning inspection program and future Independent Spent Fuel Storage inspections. The NRC's Policy Statement, "Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings," effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting. The policy statement may be found on the NRC website, www.nrc.gov, and contains information regarding visitors and security. Meeting Category: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The public is invited to fully participate in this meeting. The NRC will be available to ensure the public's issues and concerns are understood and considered.
