On December 7, 2016, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (

NRC) administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to an employee of your facility. The applicant passed the exam. Enclosed with this letter is a copy of the final answer key, the grading results for your facility, and a copy of the individual examination answer sheet for the employee. Please forward the results to this individual along with the copy of his respective answer sheet
