STPNOC completed theflood protection walkdowns at South Texas Project Units 1 & 2 and submitted the results inReference 2. Reference 2 contained open items where restricted access prevented walkdownof certain flood protection features. Walkdowns of the restricted access items have beencompleted and this letter provides the results. This submittal closes all the open items inReference 2.STI: 33878631I NOC-AE-14003140Page 2 of 3The attached table (Enclosure 1) provides a list of the restricted access items inspected, theirrespective disposition, and any action planned or taken. As a result of the inspections:* There were 16 deficiencies found (encompassed by two item numbers) and all wereentered into the site Corrective Action Program (CAP).* No temporary measures were required as a result of the completed inspections.* The flood protection features, including all restricted access items, will be included invarious plant maintenance and monitoring programs (see Condition Report (CR)12-11656-24).* One restricted access item has been reclassified as inaccessible.Additionally, this letter also corrects an error in Attachment 2 of Reference 2 -the "List ofRestricted Access Items" table. In the last row of this table, the identifying number of the floodprotection feature was inadvertently copied from the line above.
