| On October 16, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment Nos. 248and 228 to Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-4 and NPF-7 for the North Anna Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, respectively, to Virginia Electric and Power Company. However, it was discovered that TS pages 5.5-16 through 5.5-19 should have been removed, and TS pages 5.5-12 through 5.5-15 and 5.6-5 were actually replaced, not added. This was an administrative error that does not affect the NRC staff's conclusions associated with Amendment Nos. 248 | | On October 16, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment Nos. 248 and 228 to Facility Operating License Nos. SUBJECT:
NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2, RE: ISSUANCE OF CORRECTED PAGE FOR AMENDMENT NOS. 248 AND 228 (TAC NOS. MD1838 AND MD1839).
Dear Mr. Christian:
On October 16, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment Nos. 248 and 228 to Facility Operating License Nos. This was an administrative error that does not affect the NRC staffs conclusions associated with Amendment Nos. 248 and 228.
Enclosed is a corrected errata sheet. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
Sincerely,
/RA/
Siva P. Lingam, Project Manager Plant Licensing Branch II-1 Division of Operating Reactor Licensing Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Docket Nos. 50-338 and 50-339
