SUBJECT:

DONALD C. COOK NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2 - CORRECTION TO ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE COMMISSION ORDER EA-03-086 REGARDING REVISED DESIGN-BASIS THREAT (DBT); AND REVISIONS TO PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN, AND SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN (TAC NO. MC2911)

Dear Mr. Nazar:

By letter dated December 1, 2004 (ML043450201), the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an administrative change to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit 2, Facility Operating License No. DPR-74 to incorporate the reference to the recently-revised physical security plan, training and qualification plan, and safeguards contingency plan.

Due to administrative error, license condition C.(3)(z) was inadvertently omitted from the license page No. 5 provided by the December 1, 2004, letter. License condition C.(3)(z) was added by Amendment No. 264, dated December 10, 2003 (ML042600115). A corrected copy of license page No. 5 is enclosed.

If there are any further questions, please call me at 301-415-2296.

Sincerely,

/RA/

Carl F. Lyon, Project Manager, Section 1 Project Directorate III Division of Licensing Project Management Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Docket No. 50-316
