Request for Additional Information Re: Safeguards Contingency Plan and Section 9.4.1 of the Physical Security Plan (TAC Nos.
MC2910 and MC2911), Dated July 23, 2004 By letter dated April 29, 2004, Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M), the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, Facility Operating Licenses DPR-58 and DPR-74, submitted a revised Security Plan for review and approval by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to comply with NRC Order EA-03-086.
By letter dated July 23, 2004, the NRC made a request for additional information (RAI) on the Safeguards Contingency Plan and Section 9.4.1 of the Physical Security Plan. to this letter provides I&M's response to the RAI. Attachment 2 describes the commitment contained in this submittal.
NOTE: ATTACHMENT I TO THIS LETTER CONTAINS "SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION" AND MUST BE PROTECTED ACCORDINGLY. UPON SEPARATION OF ATTACHMENT 1, THIS LETTER IS "DECONTROLLED".
