Acceptance review for Type A ILRT Extension PT, By letter dated February 18, 2016 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML16076A413, Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC (Duke Energy) requested approval of a one-time extension of the Appendix J Type-A Integrated Leakage Rate Test Interval for McGuire. Specifically, the proposed amendment would add an additional 6 months to allow the test to be performed one refueling outage later.
