Core Operating Limits Report Joe, by letter dated July 29, 2014 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No.

ML14241A013), Entergy Operations, Inc. (the licensee) submitted the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR),

Revision 1 for Cycle 20 for the Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 (WF3). The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed the COLR and request the following clarification:

1. The COLR, Revision 1 indicated a change in Azimuthal Power tilt Limit value from less than or equal to 0.03 to a value of less than or equal to 0.05. Confirm that this change does not affect any design basis analysis inputs or assumptions or other power distribution limits.

This request was discussed with Mr. Joe Williams on October 21, 2014, and it was agreed that a response would be provided within 45 days of receipt of this email.
