In accordance with the guidance of Revision 9, Supplement 1 ofNUREG-1021 , "Operator Licensing Standards for Power Reactors," Section ES-402, "Administering Initial Written Examinations," Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L), now doing business as Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., is informing the NRC that the company does not have any comments relating to the reactor operator and senior reactor operator written examinations which were administered at the Brunswick Stearn Electric Plant on Monday, November 10, 2008.
