Acceptance of February 26, 2010 Application for review Date:             Monday, March 08, 2010 7:30:00 AM By letter dated February 26, 2010, (ML100600593, TAC No. ME3445), SNC submitted a request to revise the Technical Specifications (TS), Appendix A to Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-8 for the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, Unit 2. The change would allow postponement, for one fuel cycle, of a modification to delete the reactor trip system Function 11, reactor coolant pump breaker position trip.
 
The purpose of this e-mail is to provide the results of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs acceptance review of this application.
