This refers to your December 1, 2010, response to the Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty transmitted to you by our letter and NRC Inspection Report No. 70-1151/2010-010, dated November 3, 2010. We have reviewed your response and determined that you have adequately identified the cause of the violation and established a corrective action plan to prevent recurrence. The violations will remain open until we have verified implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection.
