PG&E submitted data file, "2011 DCPP NRC Sub.txt," on the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System (REIRS) web page, http://www.reirs.com/rep web.htm as specified in Regulatory Guide 8.7, Revision 2, "Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Exposure Data."

There are no new or revised regulatory commitments in this report.
