The report was created on March 13, 2007, in the electronic format specified in Regulatory Guide 8.7, Revision 2, "Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Exposure Data." The data was submitted electronically on the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System (REIRS) web page http://www.reirs.com/reporting.html, on March 13, 2007.
