On June 10, 2013, the NRC will begin a supplemental inspection at the Perry Power Nuclear Plant (PNPP) using NRC Inspection Procedure (IP) 95002, "Supplemental Inspection for One Degraded Cornerstone or any Three White Inputs in a Strategic Performance Area.This onsite inspection is scheduled to be performed June 10 through 14, and June 24 through 28, 2013.  
On June 10, 2013, the NRC will begin a supplemental inspection at the Perry Power Nuclear Plant (PNPP) using NRC Inspection Procedure (IP) 95002, Supplemental Inspection for One Degraded Cornerstone or any Three White Inputs in a Strategic Performance Area. To ensure a productive inspection, we have enclosed a request for documents needed for this inspection. The documents identified are those that will be needed by the inspectors prior to their arrival onsite for the inspection. It is important that all of these documents are up-to-date and complete to minimize the number of additional documents that may be needed to support the inspection. If possible, we would request that this information be provided electronically to John Jandovitz, the team leader for this inspection. Any material that is not available electronically should be mailed to the address identified in the enclosure.
