By letter dated June 4, 2013, ZionSolutions, LLC, submitted a request for approval of an exemption, to the extent necessary, to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.82(a)(8)(i)(A) to confirm its authorization to use its nuclear decommissioning trust funds to fund the full scope of activities currently planned in connection with the decommissioning of Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2. Please review this request and provide a safety evaluation of the proposal.
By letter dated June 4, 2013, Zion Solutions , LLC, submitted a request for approval of an exemption, to the extent necessary, to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.82(a)(8)(i)(A) to confirm its  
Mr. Michael Dusaniwskyj has reviewed several requests from this licensee and is familiar with the site and I request that the review be assigned to him if he is available. A copy of the submittal is attached.
