Ruben Crosslin has reviewed the Proposed Action and the Alternatives to the Proposed Action in the Environmental Assessment (EA). Based on this review, we concur with the NRC's EA and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) regarding the proposed action to renew special nuclear material license SNM-2014 authorizing the continued possession, inspection, and storage of special nuclear material in the form of 193 fresh fuel assemblies at TVA's Watts Bar site in Spring City, Tennessee.
