RubenCrosslin has reviewedthe Proposed Action and the Alternatives to the Proposed Action in theEnvironmental Assessment (EA). Based on this review,we concurwith theNRC's EA and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) regarding the proposed action to renew special nuclear material license SNM-2014 authorizing the continued possession, inspection, and storage of special nuclear material in the form of 193 fresh fuel assemblies at TVA's Watts Bar site in Spring City, Tennessee.

Does TN have any comments on the EA FONSI for renewal of SNM-2014 for WBN2 to store fresh fuel?
