The FSEIS went to the EPA last Friday, which means that the 30-day cooling off period should end on May 1 4 th. After that point, NRC is free to issue the license. We are still in informal consultation with NMFS regarding two endangered species; however, by practice and by precedent, we have not held up license renewals while waiting for informal consultations to conclude. | ||
