The NRC conducted five CAL follow-up inspections and concluded in Reference 2 that all 156 Confirmatory Action Letter actions and their 11 associated Area Action Plans are complete. In accordance with Item 4 of Reference 1, Entergy hereby notifies the NRC that we have completed all of the actions addressed in the CAL. |
