Based on the results of the exercise, the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the State of Iowa and the effected local jurisdictions, site specific to the Quad Cities Generating Station, can be implemented and are adequate to provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can be taken to protect the public health and safety. Therefore, Title 44 CFR Part 350 approval of the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the State of Iowa remain in effect.
