On February 11, 2021, the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN) Unit 2 submitted the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)Section XI, Owners Activity Report for Cycle 3 Operation (Reference). Subsequent review of this report shows that it did not document steam generator plugging activities, which are a repair and replacement activity in accordance with ASME Section XI Category B-Q, Item B16.20, and Plant Technical Specifications. Per ASME Code Case N-532-5, utilities are required to submit an abstract for repair/replacement activities that were required due to an item containing a flaw or relevant condition that exceeded Division 1 acceptance criteria.

The Table 2 provided in the Enclosure supersedes the Table 2 in the Referenced letter in its entirety. This issue has been entered into the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) corrective action program for resolution.
