In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 50.4(b)(6) and 10 CFR 50.71(e), enclosed for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN), are two compact discs (CD-ROM) that contain Amendment 4 of the dual-unit Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR).
In accordance with Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2015-17, Review and Submission of Updates to Final Safety Analysis Reports, Emergency Preparedness Documents, and Fire Protection Documents, TVA is submitting a redacted copy of Amendment 4 UFSAR for NRC Public Use (Enclosure 1) and the Non-Public Use version (Enclosure 2) that contains security related information that should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390.

There are no regulatory commitment changes to be submitted in accordance with Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 99-04, "Guidelines for Managing NRG Commitment Changes."
