Dear Sir or Madam:

Entergy Operations, Inc. is required to perform a survey of significant sources of toxic chemicals and pipeline explosive hazards that exist within the vicinity of Waterford 3 in accordance with Technical Specifications 6.9.1.9 and 6.9.1.10 every four years. of this letter includes the data from the surveys and the resultant analysis.

The final results of the analysis of the toxic chemicals from the 2008 survey indicate that the Waterford 3 control room will remain habitable and that no modifications to the toxic chemical detection systems will be necessary as a result of the 2008 survey findings.

There are no new commitments contained in this submittal.
