90-Day Post-Outage Inservice Inspection (ISI) Summary Report In accordance with 10 CFR 50.55a, "Codes and standards," paragraph (g), "Inservice inspection requirements," AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) is required to maintain an Inservice Inspection Program in accordance with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. Please find enclosed the Post-Outage (90-Day) ISI Summary Report for Clinton Power Station, Unit 1, for examinations and repair/replacement activities performed between February 26, 2006 (i.e.,

the end of the 1 0 th refueling outage) and February 5, 2008 (i.e., the end of the 1 1 th refueling outage).

This report is submitted in accordance with the requirements of ASME Section XI, Article IWA-6200, Paragraph IWA-6230. The 1 1 th refueling outage was the first outage scheduled in the third inspection period of the second inspection interval. The second inspection interval is from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2010.

Page I of 3 SECTION 1 INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE INTRODUCTION:

This Summary Report covers the Inservice Inspection performed at Clinton Power Station (CPS), between February 26, 2006 and February 05, 2008. This is the first inspection performed during the third inspection period of the second ten (10)-year interval. During this Fuel Cycle, CPS experienced three forced outages (CIF47, C1F48, and CIF49) and one planned refueling outage (CIRI 1). All examinations, tests, repairs and replacements were performed in accordance with the CPS Inservice Examination Plan which complies with ASME Section XI, 1989 Edition.

The ASME Section XI examinations, tests and repairs/replacements were witnessed or verified by Authorized Nuclear Inservice Inspector (ANII) M. Haydon of Hartford Steam Boiler of Connecticut. This summary report contains additional augmented (non-ASME Section XI) inspection results not required to be witnessed or verified by the ANJI.

In accordance with IWA-6220, the name and description of the components examined are listed on the NIS-] Data Report and its attachments (Section 2). Further component information is obtainable through the reference number, or other information, for the specific item. The manufacturers' names for the components examined are also identified in htem 7 of the NIS-1 Data Report and their addresses are on file at CPS.

Documentation supporting this Summary Report is referenced in the Inservice Examination Plan, implementing procedures, or record files identified in the specific sections of this report.

Scope:

The scope of Inservice Inspection performed during this Fuel Cycle is summarized as follows:

Preservice Examinations - Preservice examinations were performed on bolting associated with the control rod drives and various flange bolting.

Scheduled Inservice Examinations - The NIS-1 Data Report (Section 2) provides the listing of all examinations completed during C IR. Conditions noted during CIRI1 and corrective measures taken are described in the NIS-1 Data Report.

Page 2 of 3 Snubbers - There are five hundred seventy-one (571) snubbers in the ISI Program required by the CPS Operational Requirements Manual (ORM). Per the initial outage scope, 79 snubbers were functionally tested as follows:

Fifty-nine (59) snubbers to meet the 10% ORM representative sample requirement, Four (4) snubbers that failed functional testing in CI RI0, Six (6) snubbers that were degraded in CI R10 (tested as part of the Service Life Monitoring Program).

Ten (10) snubbers that were selected for preventive maintenance per corrective action 205123-07.

It should be noted that twenty (20) type-] snubbers had preventive maintenance (PM) performed on them to address corrective action 205123-07. Ten (10) of these snubbers were part of the original 10% sample plan . The other ten (10) snubbers were selected solely to perform the PM activity. All were functionally tested before their PM.

During the performance of initial sample testing, five (5) snubbers (two (2) type-], two (2) type-2 and one (I) type-4) failed to meet functional testing acceptance criteria. Type-I snubbers consist of PSA-11/4 and '/2 sizes, type-2 snubbers consist of PSA-1, 3 and 10 sizes and type-4 snubbers consist of PSB-.05 mechanical struts.

For the two (2) type-I snubber failures, an additional ten (10) type-I snubbers (5 for each failure) were selected for functional testing. No failures occurred in these sample expansions.

For the two (2) type-2 snubber failures, an additional thirty-two (32) type-2 snubbers (16 for each failure) were selected for functional testing. One (1) additional failure occurred and sixteen (16) additional type-2 snubbers were selected for functional testing. No failures occurred in this additional sample expansion.

For the one (I) type-4 snubber failure, one (1) additional type-4 snubber was selected for functional testing. No failures occurred in this sample expansion.

Two of the type-I failures identified above resulted in a Failure Mode Group (FMG) being identified. When it was noted that two (2) type-1 snubbers exposed to similar environmental conditions had failed, a decision was made to test the remaining nine (9) snubbers in these locations. Some were type-I

Page 3 of 3 and some were type-2. Two (2) of the type-2 snubbers selected in the FMG also failed functional testing.

One (1) type-I snubber failed its PM inspection and one (1) type-I snubber that failed in CIRI0 also failed in CIRI 1.

Overall, one hundred and thirty-seven (137) snubbers were functionally tested in CIRl 1.

Component Supports - Twenty five (25) components supports (other than snubbers) and four (4) Class 3 integral attachments were scheduled for visual examination for CIRI 1.

All were found acceptable.

Pressure Tests - ASME Code Class I Components - A system leakage test and VT-2 inspection of ASME Code Class I components were successfully performed prior to plant startup.

Repairs and Replacements - During CI RI I no repairs and replacements were required as a result of scheduled examinations. Also during CIRI 1] there were several modifications performed. The modifications, as well as repairs and replacements which resulted from routine maintenance, are specifically detailed in Section 6 of this report.

Those items, which were examined/tested, that require no further evaluation are identified as acceptable. The visual examination results of all supports were acceptable.

Table 3 lists visual examinations and functional testing of snubbers. The results column in the table provides further explanation for these examinations/tests. Those items, which were examined/tested, that require no further evaluation are identified as acceptable. The visual examination results of snubbers are identified as acceptable. For those snubbers, which had unacceptable functional tests, the additional snubbers tested are included in this table and discussed further in attachment 2.

Table 4 lists scheduled pressure tests. The results column in the table provides further explanation for these tests.

Current Interval Status:

Currently CPS is in the Third Period of the Second Interval. CPS had two (2) refueling outages, Cl R07 and CIR08 during the First Period. CPS had two (2) refueling outages, Cl R09 and ClR 10, during the Second Period. CPS will have two (2) refueling outages, Cl RI I and CI R 12, during the Third Period. With the exception of the examinations that may be deferred until the end of the inspection interval, the required examinations in each examination category were completed (Inspection Program B).

During the seventh refueling outage (Cl R07) two (2) items were identified as requiring relief from NRC. These items are identified as N7 and RHR-A-2. During the eighth refueling outage (Cl R08) ten (10) items were identified as requiring relief from NRC. These items are CH-C-2, RPV-C5, N2F, N2G, N3A, N3C, N4A, N4D, N5A, and N9A.

During the ninth refueling outage (CIR09) one (1) item was identified as requiring relief from NRC. This item is identified as I-MS-A-7PR-WA. During CR10 eleven items were identified as requiring relief from NRC. These items are identified as N11B, N2B, N2C, N2D, N2E, CH-C-2, I-RR-A-l, I-RR-B-I, 1-RH-20-7, 1-RT-36-7, and I-RT-36-1A.

During Cl RI I five (5) items were identified as requiring relief from NRC. These items are N8, I-MS-C-8PR-WA, I-MS-D-7PR-WA, I-RR-A-PR-1-WA, and RCIC-IA(I-4).

10. Abstract of Examinations: Listing of Scheduled Examinations Note 1:

The examination coverage for these welds, N8, I -MS-C-8PR-WA, 1-MS-D-7PR-WA, I -RR-A-PR-1-WA, and RCIC-IA(1-4) was less than 90.0%. A relief request will be submitted.

Note 2:

Core Spray Internal piping - In accordance with BWR VIP-I18 document, Ultrasonic examinations were performed on the selected welds on Core Spray piping. Indications were recorded on three (3) of these welds (BP2, CP2, and DP2). This is not an ASME Section XI item.

See Attachment 2 for further discussion.

Note 3:

Surveillance Specimen Brackets -- Surveillance Specimen Brackets @ 003 and 177 degrees were examined during C 1R09 and it was identified that both lower tack welds on the attachment bracket were observed to be cracked. This is located outside the Section XI examination boundary. During CIR1O, this crack was monitored. During this outage, CIR1R , this crack was re-examined. See attachment 2 for further details.

Note 4:

Steam Dryer Support Brackets - During C 1R09 (2004) it was identified that several steam dryer support brackets appear to have contact marks and some do not have any contact marks with the steam dryer. This is not an ASME Section XI item. During CIR1 0 (2006), these brackets were examined and determined no changes. During this outage, C Ri 1, these brackets were re-examined and determined no changes.

Note 5:

Steam Dryer -

During this outage the Steam Dryer was re-examined to monitor the previously identified cracks in CIRlO (2006). In addition, several more cracks identified in the Steam Dryer. See attachment 2 for further details. The Steam Dryer is not an ASME Section XI item.

Note 6:

LPRM 30 During this outage a possible foreign material was observed in the lower group of holes in the LPRM 30-07 housing. This is not an ASME Section XI item. See attachment 2 for further details.

Note 7:

SRM 'A' -

During this outage cracking was noted on Dry Tube SRM 'A'. The cracking was noted in the NW, NE, and SW quadrants above the lower filet weld. This is not an ASME Section XI item. See attachment 2 for further details.

Note 8:

Examinations:

RPV Surveillance Specimen Brackets -

Condition Noted - During the CIR09 (2004) outage examination of the Surveillance Specimen Brackets located at 003 deg. And 177 deg., both lower lack welds on the attachment brackets were observed cracked. This is located outside the Section XI examination boundary. During CI RIO (2006) outage these, brackets were examined and no crack growth was identified. During this outage, CI RI 1, these brackets were examined and no crack growth was identified.

Corrective Measures - Clinton Power Station has evaluated this and justified continued operation.

These tack welds are outside the examination boundary.

Core Spray Internal Piping -

In accordance with the VIP-I 8. BWR Core Spray Internals Inspection and Evaluation Guidelines, Ultrasonic examinations were performed on the accessible areas of the selected welds on Core Spray Internal Piping.

Condition Noted - During this outage, CI R 11 (2008), three indications were monitored which wee identified on these welds, BP2, CP2, and DP2 in CIR09 (2004) and CIR07 (2000). These indications were also recorded in CIR09 outage (2004). Two (2) of these welds, BP2 and CP2, have indications previously identified in CIR07 (2000) and continued operation was justified. During this, CIRI 1 (2008), outage no crack growth was identified.

Corrective Measures - The VIP-I8 document requires Clinton to take the following steps:

Expansion of sample - CPS has scheduled inspection of all accessible welds on the Core Spray Internal Piping. Therefore, no sample expansion is required.

Crack Growth Analysis - Crack Growth analysis was performed in CI R09 (2004) to demonstrate the structural integrity of the internal piping for continued operation for two (2) cycles. During this outage, CI RI 1. new analysis was not performed since there was no crack growth identified. Crack Growth Analysis performed in 2004 is still a valid analysis.

Leakage Rate Calculation - Separate leakage rate calculations were performed in CI R09 (2004) to demonstrate that the required amount of water can be transported to the core with the existing condition including crack growth.

Steam Dryer -

Clinton Power station has examined the steam dryer in accordance with the requirements of the BWR Owner's Group Vessel Internals Project (BWRVIP) document 139. The steam dryer is not addressed in ASME Section XI. The indications fiom the previous outage, CIRIO (2006) were re-examined and determined no change. In addition, the following several more cracks identified in CIRIl (2008):

I - Conditions Noted - During the IVVI examination of Steam Dryer Drain Channel 7, V-1 4 weld, a base metal crack was observed adjacent to the weld. This crack is in the area of the access hole cover. The examination of the Drain Channel 3, V-06, similar crack like indications were observed in the skirt adjacent to the V-06 weld in the area of an access hole cover. In addition, indications were observed at 90 degrees access hole patch.

Corrective Measures - Clinton Power Station has evaluated these indications and cracks and justified continued operation.

2 - Conditions Noted - As a result of identifying the above cracking in the base material close to the access hole patches, it was decided to inspect the dryer from inside. The inspection of the 2 Access Hole Patches from ID revealed several linear indications in the base material at both locations. The inspection was expanded to the remaining 4 other patches from ID. The same type linear indications were observed at these 4 locations. In addition, during this expanded scope from ID, cracking was observed in the Upper Support Ring at the location of 210 degrees ID Patch.

Corrective Measures - Clinton Power Station has evaluated these linear indications and cracking observed and justified continued operation.

3 - Condition Noted - During the removal of the steam dryer during the CIIR1I outage (2008), the dryer hit one of the Tri-Nuke devices causing some mechanical damage on the bottom side of the skirt lower support ring at 135 degrees.

Corrective Measures - Clinton Power Station has evaluated this damage and justified continued operation.

LPRM 30-07 -

Condition Noted - During this outage, CIR11 (2008), a possible foreign material was observed in the lower group of holes in the LPRM 30-07 housing.

Corrective Measures - Clinton Power Station has evaluated this as a loose part and justified continued operation.

SRM 'A'-

During this outage, CIRI 1 (2008), cracking was observed on Dry Tube SRM 'A'. The cracking was noted in the NW, NE, and SW quadrants above the lower filet weld.

Corrective Measures - Clinton Power Station has evaluated these cracking and justified continued operation.

FW End Bracket Bolt Stop -

During this outage, C1RI 1 (2008), on the Feedwater Sparger End Bracket Bolt Stops, evidence of wear observed on FSB-I at 005 deg, FSB-2 at 085 deg, FSB-3 at 095, and FSB-4 at 175 deg.

Corrective Measures - Clinton Power Station has evaluated this wear and justified continued operation.

Snubber Functional Testing:

There are five hundred seventy-one (571) snubbers in the ISI Program required by the CPS Operational Requirements Manual (ORM). Per the initial outage scope, 79 snubbers were functionally tested as follows:

-- Fifty-nine (59) snubbers to meet the 10% ORM representative sample requirement,

-- Four (4) snubbers that failed functional testing in C IRIO,

-- Six (6) snubbers that were degraded in CIRI 0 (tested as part of the Service Life Monitoring Program).

-- Ten (10) snubbers that were selected for preventive maintenance per corrective action 205123-07.

It should be noted that twenty (20) type-1 snubbers had preventive maintenance (PM) performed on them to address corrective action 205123-07. Ten (10) of these snubbers were part of the original 10% sample plan. The other ten (10) snubbers were selected solely to perform the PM activity. All were functionally tested before their PM.

During the performance of initial sample testing, five (5) snubbers (two (2) type-], two (2) type-2 and one (1) type-4) failed to meet functional testing acceptance criteria. Type-1 snubbers consist of PSA-1/ and '/2 sizes, type-2 snubbers consist of PSA-]. 3 and 10 sizes and type-4 snubbers consist of PSB-.05 mechanical struts.

-- For the two (2) type-I snubber failures, an additional ten (10) type-I snubbers (5 for each failure) were selected for functional testing. No failures occurred in these sample expansions.

-- For the two (2) type-2 snubber failures, an additional thirty-two (32) type-2 snubbers (16 for each failure) were selected for functional testing. One (1) additional failure occurred and sixteen (16) additional type-2 snubbers were selected for functional testing. No failures occurred in this additional sample expansion.

-- For the one (I) type-4 snubber failure, one (1) additional type-4 snubber was selected for functional testing. No failures occurred in this sample expansion.

Two of the type-I failures identified above resulted in a Failure Mode Group (FMG) being identified. When it was noted that two (2) type-I snubbers exposed to similar environmental conditions had failed, a decision was made to test the remaining nine (9) snubbers in these locations. Some were type-I and some were type-2. Two (2) of the type-2 snubbers selected in the FMG also failed functional testing.

One (1) type-I snubber failed its PM inspection and one (1) type-I snubber that failed in C IRI 0 also failed in CIRI1.

Overall, one hundred and thirty-seven (137) snubbers were functionally tested in CIRI 1.

Type-I Snubbers:

There are ninety-five (95) type-I snubbers in the CPS I SI Program. Ten (10) of these were selected for testing under the initial 10% sample plan. These ten (10) snubbers also had PM activities performed on them. Two (2) snubbers. I RT07006S-S and IRT06014S, failed to meet the functional testing acceptance criteria. Issue Reports 719314 and 719630 were generated. These two snubbers were disassembled for failure analysis. The results of these evaluations were:

-- I RT07006S-S - The failure analysis found dry grease with the inertia mass and torque drum frozen together. When these components were freed, it was noted the screw shaft was bent. The capstan spring had very deep grooves on the tangs from excessive vibration. The snubber had failed due to lack of lubrication and vibration. This snubber was last tested in RF5.

-- IRT06014S - The failure analysis found very dry grease (powder) with the inertia mass and torque drum frozen together. When these components were freed, it was noted the screw shaft was bent. The capstan spring had vibration marks on the tangs. The snubber had failed due to lack of lubrication and vibration. This snubber was last tested in RF2.

Due to these failures, ten (10) snubbers (5% for each failure or 5 for each failure) were selected for testing. All ten (10) snubbers passed the functional testing acceptance criteria. Also, due to these failures, a Failure Mode Group (FMG) was identified. Nine (9) other snubbers located in similar

environments were functionally tested. This included type-I and type-2 snubbers. Two (2) of the type-2 snubbers from this FMG (1RT06026S and 1RT07032S) also failed. Their failures are discussed in the type-2 section of this report.

Four (4) snubbers, 1MS05028S, 1RB31514S. 1RT06009S and 1RT06040S, were identified in CIR10 as degraded and included in the CIR1 I testing plan for trending purposes. All four (4) snubbers passed their functional testing acceptance criteria. Three (3) snubbers, IRB31 516S, 1RT06022S and IRT07006S-N were classified as degraded in C IRI 1. They were replaced and will be tested again in CIR12.

Three (3) snubbers, 1RB21.596S, 1RB31516S and 1RB31529S failed functional testing performed in C IRI 0 and were included in the testing plan as required. One (1) snubber, IRB31529S, failed to meet the functional testing acceptance criteria. Issue Report 722836 was generated. 1RB31529S was disassembled for evaluation with the following results:

-- IRB31529S - This snubber and the adjacent spring can support (1RB31528V) both showed evidence of misalignment during the pre-VT3 inspection. Issue Report 722252 was generated. The as-found cold set position was outside the limits for this location. An engineering walkdown determined that the spring can support rod was in contact with the spring can. The hanger was not performing its function and the snubber was bearing additional load. When the snubber was released from this misaligned position, the line relaxed to its expected, cold set position. The snubber failure analysis found the screw shaft bent, with the grease dark and sticky. The capstan spring tangs, inner tube, both guide rods and the guide plate had vibration marks evident. This snubber was last tested in CIR10.

As required by the ORM, piping components on which these snubbers are installed were analyzed to ensure the integrity of the piping component. The results were satisfactory and documented in Engineering Change (EC) documents 268932, 368932, 369210 and 369077.

Due to the large number of type-I failures seen in C IR09 and in response to Issue Report 205123, CPS continued the PM program started on type-I snubbers in C IR 10. 20% of all type-I snubbers had an external visual inspection, disassembly, internal inspection, cleaning, regreasing and reassembly performed. The NRRG-1 59 grease originally used was replaced by NRRG-2 grease, which is less susceptible to drying out from high irradiation. Twenty (20) snubbers were selected.

Ten (10) were from the initial 10% sample plan population and the other ten (10) were randomly selected. One (1) snubber, 1TX16049S, was replaced due to PM inspection indications. Issue Report 723273 was generated to document the inspection results. Indications noted during the failure analysis performed on this snubber included:

-- 1TX16049S - The failure analysis noted dry grease throughout, vibration marks and wear in many locations and a bent shaft. This snubber was last tested in RF7.

This PM will continue until all 95 type-1 snubbers have been inspected and regreased. This PM will most likely continue throughout the life of the plant on those snubbers in harsh environments.

Type-2 Snubbers:

There are three hundred and seventeen (317) type-2 snubbers in the CPS ISI Program. Thirty-two (32) were selected for testing under the initial 10% sample plan. Two (2) snubbers, 1RH07009S-DN and 1MS32005S failed functional testing. Issue Reports 7171465 and 725997 were generated.

These snubbers were disassembled for failure analysis. The results of these inspections were:

-- 1RH07009S-DN - The failure analysis found no evidence of degradation or any damaged parts.

This was the first snubber to be tested during the pre-outage period, and it was thought that an anomaly in the test stand might have occurred to cause the test results noted. Basic-PSA was contacted, and they provided an evaluation of the test results. All future attempts to test this snubber resulted in acceptable performance. This snubber was last tested in RF4.

-- IMS32005S - The failure analysis found rust and colTosion inside the housing assembly. There was some grease on the capstan spring and vibration marks on the capstan spring keeper and rings.

Excessive grease was noted. This snubber was last tested in RF3.

Due to these failures, thirty-two (32) snubbers (5% of total population for each failure) were selected for testing. One (1) snubber, I LP04021 S, failed functional testing. Sixteen (16) additional snubbers were selected and all passed the functional testing acceptance criteria. The failure analysis performed on 1LP04021 S revealed:

-- I LP04021 S - Dry grease noted throughout snubber internal parts. Vibration induced wear was noted on the support and telescoping cylinders. This snubber was last tested in RF5.

As stated in the type-I snubber section, due to two (2) type-I snubber failures, a Failure Mode Group (FMG) was identified. Nine (9) other snubbers located in similar locations were functionally tested. This included type-I and type-2 snubbers. Two (2) of the type-2 snubbers (1RT06026S and IRT07032S) failed functional testing. Their failure analysis inspections determined:

-- I RT06026S - Found dry grease in all areas but the thrust bearing assembly and vibration marks on the capstan spring tangs. This snubber was last tested in RF4.

-- I RT07032S -Noted the capstan spring was not properly engaged. Dark, sticky grease was found on top of the ball bearing screw assembly. This snubber was last tested in RF5.

As required by the ORM, piping components on which this snubber is installed were analyzed to ensure the integrity of the piping component. The results were satisfactory and documented in Engineering Change (EC) documents 368873, 369185, 369172 and 369197.

One (1) snubber, I RT01003S, was tested as required due to failing in CIRI0. This snubber passed the functional testing acceptance criteria.

One (1) snubber, 1RT0l035S,. was tested due to be classified as degraded in CIRIO. This snubber passed the functional testing acceptance criteria. Four (4) snubbers were identified as degraded during CIRI 1 (11HP03038S, 1MS32009S, IRH07003S and 1VG16026S). These four (4) snubbers will be tested in CIRI2.

Type-3 Snubbers:

There are one hundred and seventeen (117) type-3 snubbers in the CPS IS] Program. Twelve (12) were selected for testing under the initial 10% sample plan. All twelve (12) snubbers passed the functional testing acceptance criteria. One (1) snubber, 1RT01084W, was replaced due to degraded functional testing results. This snubber will be tested in CRI 2.

One (1) snubber, 1MS30002S, was identified as degraded in CIRIO. This snubber passed the functional testing acceptance criteria.

Type-4 Snubbers:

There are four (4) type-4 snubbers in the CPS 1SI Program. One (1) snubber was selected for testing under the initial 10% sample plan. This snubber (1RIO] 013W) failed the functional testing acceptance criteria. An additional type-4 snubber (]RIO]015W) was selected and passed functional testing. The failure analysis for IRIO)01 3W has not been completed yet, as it needs to be sent to an off-site facility for the failure analysis. This was the first time a type-4 snubber has failed at CPS.

As required by the ORM, piping components on which this snubber is installed were analyzed to ensure the integrity of the piping component. The results were satisfactory and documented in Engineering Change (EC) document 369197.

Type-6 Snubbers:

There are thirty-eight (38) type-6 snubbers in the CPS ISI Program. Four (4) were selected for testing under the initial 10% sample plan. All four (4) snubbers passed the functional testing acceptance criteria. All four (4) type-6 snubbers tested and a spare removed in CIRIO were rebuilt in CIRI11. Each snubber was disassembled and inspected and the seals and fluid were replaced and analyzed. During inspection of one snubber (1 S369A), wear was noted on the bushings and piston rod. This snubber was replaced with a spare. Test results will be used to validate the current fluid and seal replacement frequencies and possibly adjust them.

Section 6 REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT DATA REPORTS NIS-2 OWNER'S DATA REPORT This section provides a listing of the xx ASME Section XI repairs or replacements performed since the last Summary Report.

All repairs and replacements are of a routine nature. CPS did not identify any flaws during performance of any ISI examination that required a repair or replacement.

CPS utilized Code Case N-416-2 during this reporting period. This Code Case allows the elimination of the hydrostatic testing requirement following welded repair or replacement. Provided some additional NDE is performed and the 1992 Edition of Section III used for examination.

CPS installed a number of modifications including the replacement of service water piping to install vacuum breakers and other manual valves.

Following the listing of repairs or replacements are copies of NIS-2 Owner's Data Reports for all of the Class 1, 2, CS, and MC repairs and replacements which CPS performed during this reporting period. Data reports for any components or parts used in support of those NIS-2's have not been included but are filed with Section XI repair and replacement records.
