Registration of Use of Casks to Store Spent Fuel Constellation 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2)

In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210, paragraph (b)(2)," Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) is registering, with the NRC, the use of three casks under the general license to store spent fuel at Clinton Power Station, Unit 1 (CPS). The initial use of the casks to store spent fuel occurred on September 30, 2022, October 5, 2022, and October 13, 2022. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days of placement of the casks on the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Pad.

Accordingly, this submittal is due by October 30, 2022.
