It relates to a planned, ongoing, or completed investigation or contains information for law enforcement purposes.

Purpose:

The purpose of the predecisional enforcement conference is to discuss an apparent willful violation where an individual provided a critical digital asset key to an unauthorized individual and to obtain information to assist the NRC in making an enforcement decision.
