Arlington, Texas PURPOSE: The purpose of this predecisional enforcement conference is to discuss an apparent violation of 10 CFR 55.53(j), where an individual performed activities authorized by a license while under the influence of alcohol, and to obtain information to assist the NRC in making an enforcement decision.
