In accordance with the request of Reference 1, enclosed are the completed NRC 536 Forms, "Operator Licensing Examination Data," estimating the number of examinations Indian Point Entergy Center (IPEC) intends to prepare and the number of examinations IPEC will request the NRC to prepare during the CYs 2014 through 2017. Included is an estimate of the number of applicants to be tested for each examination, the proposed primary and alternate examination dates, and an estimate of the number of applicants planning to take the Generic Fundamentals Exam.
