Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the request of Reference 1, attached are the completed NRC 536 Forms, "Operator Licensing Examination Data," providing the estimate of the number of examinations Indian Point Entergy Center (IPEC) intends to prepare and the number of examinations IPEC will request the NRC to prepare during the CYs 2012 through 2015.
Included is an estimate of the number of applicants to be tested for each examination, the proposed primary and alternate examination dates, and an estimate of the number of applicants planning to take the Generic Fundamentals Exam (GFE). One item of note is that the Indian Point 2 exam shown in CY 2011 on our 2009 submittal (Reference 2) has moved and is now shown in CY 2012 on this submittal.
