SUMMARY

OF SEPTEMBER 19, 2025, CLOSED MEETING WITH FRAMATOME INC. AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION FOR TOPICAL REPORT, ANP-10357P, REVISION 0, TXS COMPACT PLATFORM (EPID L-2024-TOP-0029)

On September 19, 2025, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff held a virtual closed public meeting via Microsoft Teams with representatives from Framatome Inc.

(Framatome). The purpose of this meeting was for the NRC staff to discuss the responses to the Request for Additional Information (RAI)-10688 with Framatome representatives on Topical Report (TR) ANP-10357P, Revision 0, TXS Compact Platform. The responses to RAI-10688 were submitted by Framatome on July 30, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML25212A176). The meeting notice dated September 3, 2025, is available in the ADAMS at Accession No. ML25246C344, and the list of attendees is enclosed.

Framatome representatives and NRC staff discussed some revisions to RAI responses and came to an agreement on a path forward including future interactions needed for the review of the TR. Both the NRC staff and Framatome representatives questions were addressed during the meeting. Framatome plans to submit a revised response to RAI-10688 by December 2025.

No regulatory decisions and commitments were made at the meeting.
