Dear Gayle Elliott:

By letter dated August 2, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML24218A279), Framatome, Inc. (Framatome) submitted Topical Report (TR) ANP-10357P, Revision 0, TXS Compact Platform Topical Report, for U.S.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs review. The NRC staff accepted the TR for review on October 7, 2024 (ADAMS Accession No. ML24256A027). The NRC staff plans to conduct an in-person regulatory audit on March 31 - April 4, 2025, to facilitate its review of the TXS Compact Platform TR.

The in-person audit will be done at the EDF Tower, located at La Defense Paris, France. The NRC staffs audit will focus on the equipment qualification and system development life-cycle process management associated with the Compact Platform. Enclosed for your information is a copy of the audit plan and agenda that the NRC staff plans to follow. Additionally, the NRC staff plans to issue a report within 90 days after completion of the audit.
