REPORT REGARDING MARCH 31 - APRIL 4, 2025, REGULATORY AUDIT FOR FRAMATOME INC. ANP-10357P, REVISION 0, TXS COMPACT PLATFORM TOPICAL REPORT (EPID L-2024-TOP-0029)
Dear Ms. Elliott:
By application dated August 2, 2024 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Package Accession No. ML24218A279), Framatome, Inc. submitted Topical Report (TR) ANP-10357P, Revision 0, TXS COMPACT Platform Topical Report, for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs review.
The NRC staff conducted an in-person regulatory audit (ADAMS Accession No. ML24352A156) on March 31-April 4, 2025, to obtain additional information needed to complete the review of TR ANP-10357P, Revision 0. The scope of the audit included equipment qualification, system development life-cycle process management, and quality assurance for the TXS COMPACT Platform. The NRC staff will determine if additional audits are needed. The results of the audit will support the NRC staffs safety evaluation for TR ANP-10357P, Revision 0. The proprietary and non-proprietary audit reports are enclosed.
NOTICE: Enclosure 1 to this letter contains Proprietary Information. When this letter is separated from Enclosure 1, this letter is decontrolled.
