RE: Joint Petitioners Response to Memorandum and Order (Requesting Participants to Confer and Provide Joint Filing on their Availability for Oral Argument)
Pursuant to the Boards December 18, 2024 Memorandum and Order, Joint Petitioners respectfully submit that we have no objections to any dates, times, or locations to be proposed by the other participants.
