Thank you for your quick reply and question. While meeting on the weekend is a bit unusual, I was not sure of your work schedule and as we will be in that area and available I thought I would include all the dates we are in SLO. That said I would not expect you to change your schedules or work on the weekend if that is not your normal schedule. Currently we are scheduling meetings on Friday, Monday or Tuesday. If you have availability on any of those days please let me know and I will get back to you with a specific meeting date and time.

Hello Sam Cohen, I received a copy of your letter today regarding our Notice of Intent to conduct Scoping and prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2. In response to your letter I would like to arrange a meeting with the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians. If you are available between March 22- 26, 2024, my supervisor and I will be in San louis Obispo and would enjoy meeting in person with tribal representatives. If those dates dont work we can arrange a phone or video conference to discuss your consultation on this project.

I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully arranging a time to meet in person. Please reply either by voice or email which ever is more convenient for you.
