OU ADVISORY: Buildings, road closure set for planned facility maintenance Campus Communication <oucommunication@oakland.edu> Wed, Jul 26, 2023 at 3:34 PM Reply-To: oucommunication@oakland.edu To: markbowers@oakland.edu Campus Communication Wednesday, July 26, 2023 To all OU community members, On Wednesday, August 2, 2023, Oakland University will manage a planned maintenance project involving campus research equipment. This work is being done in conjunction with local, state and federal agencies.

As a result, Hannah Hall, Dodge Hall and the Mathematics and Science Center will be closed starting at 11 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, and continuing throughout the day on Wednesday August 2, 2023.

Also, in conjunction with this project, Meadow Brook Road will be closed between the main entrance traffic circle and the P-41 parking lot starting at 11 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, and continuing throughout the day on Wednesday, August 2, 2023.

All students, faculty and staff should plan to follow a normal school or work schedule in other areas of campus unless directed otherwise by their instructors or supervisors.

The university is prepared to take additional measures, including added building and road closures, to ensure the success of this project in the unlikely event that such measures become necessary. All campus community members are directed to stay alert for campuswide communications sent on Wednesday.
