4 29 Baseline survey performed on 3rd, 4th and 5th Floor adjacent to pipe removal areas.

5 30 Survey consisted of direct static measurements with 2360/ 43-93 and corresponding 6 31 smear measurements for removable radioactivity counted with an onsite 2929/43-10-1 7 32 smear counter. Direct static measurements were counted for 2-minutes and smear 8 33 samples were counted for 2-minutes. The 2360/43-93 instrument specific ambient background was calculated using the average of 10 initial background measurements 9 34 during instrument setup. 2929/43-10-1 background was counted for 10-minutes during 10 35 the daily QC check on the specific day the smear sample was counted.

4 29 Post-Pipe removal release survey performed on 3rd, 4th and 5th Floor adjacent to pipe 5 30 removal areas. Survey consisted of direct static measurements with 2360/ 43-93 and 6 31 corresponding smear measurements for removable radioactivity counted with an 7 32 onsite 2929/43-10-1 smear counter. Direct static measurements were counted for 2-8 33 minutes and smear samples were counted for 2-minutes. The 2360/43-93 instrument specific ambient background was calculated using the average of 10 initial 9 34 background measurements during instrument setup. 2929/43-10-1 background was 10 35 counted for 10-minutes during the daily QC check on the specific day the smear 11 36 sample was counted.

4 29 Survey performed on piping that was removed from Column locations 50, 76 and 168 5 30 on 3rd, 4th and 5th Floor. Survey consisted of direct static measurements with 2221/ 44-6 31 6 collected inside the upstream end of each pipe segment and corresponding smear 7 32 measurements for removable radioactivity counted with an onsite 2929/43-10-1 smear 8 33 counter. Direct static measurements were counted for 1-minute and smear samples were counted for 2-minutes. Statistical analysis on static measurement data was 9 34 performed to identify outliers that may be indicative of elevated radioactivity. Mean + 3-10 35 sigma was used for 2221/44-6 static data set as Investigation Level (IL) to identify 11 36 outliers. 2929/43-10-1 background was counted for 10-minutes during the daily QC 12 37 check on the specific day the smear sample was counted.

10 With the exceptions noted as flags or footnotes, standard analytical protocols were followed in the analysis of the samples and no problems were encountered or anomalies observed. In addition all laboratory quality control samples were within established control limits, with any exceptions noted below. Each sample was analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limit within the constraints of 11 the method. In some cases, due to interference or analytes present at high concentrations, samples were diluted. For diluted samples, the reporting limits are adjusted relative to the dilution required. 12 Eurofins TestAmerica, St. Louis attests to the validity of the laboratory data generated by Eurofins TestAmerica facilities reported herein. All analyses performed by Eurofins TestAmerica facilities were done using established laboratory SOPs that incorporate QA/QC procedures described in the application methods. Eurofins TestAmericas operations groups have reviewed the data for compliance with the laboratory QA/QC plan, and data have been found to be compliant with laboratory protocols unless otherwise noted below.

The test results in this report meet all NELAP requirements for parameters for which accreditation is required or available. Any exceptions to NELAP requirements are noted in this report. Pursuant to NELAP, this report may not be reproduced, except in full, without the written approval of the laboratory.

Calculations are performed before rounding to avoid round-off errors in calculated results.

All holding times were met and proper preservation noted for the methods performed on these samples, unless otherwise detailed in the individual sections below.

All solid sample results for Chemistry analyses are reported on an ""as received"" basis unless otherwise indicated by the presence of a

% solids value in the method header. All soil/sediment sample results for radiochemistry analyses are based upon sample as dried and disaggregated with the exception of tritium, carbon-14, and iodine-129 by gamma spectroscopy unless requested as wet weight by the client.

Any minimum detectable concentration (MDC), critical value (DLC), or Safe Drinking Water Act detection limit (SDWA DL) is sample-specific unless otherwise stated elsewhere in this narrative.

Radiochemistry sample results are reported with the count date/time applied as the Activity Reference Date.

Reference the chain of custody and condition upon receipt report for any variations on receipt conditions and temperature of samples on receipt.

Manual Integrations were performed only when necessary and are in compliance with the laboratorys standard operating procedure.

Samples 4FR-76-H-COM-001 (160-44890-1), 4FR-76-V-COM-002 (160-44890-2), 4FR-168-H-COM-001 (160-44890-3) and 4FR-168-V-COM-002 (160-44890-4) were analyzed for Radium 226 (7 day ingrowth) in accordance with DOE GA_01_R. The samples were leached on 03/21/2022, prepared on 03/23/2022 and analyzed on 03/31/2022.

Preparation Batch 160-556862:

Radium-226 is reported in these samples at the client's request. Ra-226 is reported from the 609.31 keV line of bismuth-214. Because the samples have not had a 21-day ingrowth, the activity for Ra-226 is an estimated value and may be biased low. This bias is caused by the disruption of secular equilibrium between Ra-226 and Bi-214 by the loss of Radon-222 during sample preparation: The following samples are affected: 4FR-76-H-COM-001 (160-44890-1), 4FR-76-V-COM-002 (160-44890-2), 4FR-168-H-COM-001 (160-44890-3),

4FR-168-V-COM-002 (160-44890-4). and (160-44890-A-3-C DU).

10 With the exceptions noted as flags or footnotes, standard analytical protocols were followed in the analysis of the samples and no problems were encountered or anomalies observed. In addition all laboratory quality control samples were within established control limits, with any exceptions noted below. Each sample was analyzed to achieve the lowest possible reporting limit within the constraints of 11 the method. In some cases, due to interference or analytes present at high concentrations, samples were diluted. For diluted samples, the reporting limits are adjusted relative to the dilution required. 12 Eurofins TestAmerica, St. Louis attests to the validity of the laboratory data generated by Eurofins TestAmerica facilities reported herein. All analyses performed by Eurofins TestAmerica facilities were done using established laboratory SOPs that incorporate QA/QC procedures described in the application methods. Eurofins TestAmericas operations groups have reviewed the data for compliance with the laboratory QA/QC plan, and data have been found to be compliant with laboratory protocols unless otherwise noted below.

The test results in this report meet all NELAP requirements for parameters for which accreditation is required or available. Any exceptions to NELAP requirements are noted in this report. Pursuant to NELAP, this report may not be reproduced, except in full, without the written approval of the laboratory.

Calculations are performed before rounding to avoid round-off errors in calculated results.

All holding times were met and proper preservation noted for the methods performed on these samples, unless otherwise detailed in the individual sections below.

All solid sample results for Chemistry analyses are reported on an ""as received"" basis unless otherwise indicated by the presence of a

% solids value in the method header. All soil/sediment sample results for radiochemistry analyses are based upon sample as dried and disaggregated with the exception of tritium, carbon-14, and iodine-129 by gamma spectroscopy unless requested as wet weight by the client.

Radiochemistry sample results are reported with the count date/time applied as the Activity Reference Date.
