STAFF REVIEW OF THE DUANE ARNOLD ENERGY CENTER INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION SECURITY PLAN, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN, AND SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN REV. 0B (CAC NO. 000083; EPID L-2021-LLA-0107)

The staff has completed its review of Duane Arnold Energy Center Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan Rev. 0B (PSP).

Based on our review, we find the submitted PSP to be acceptable and the DAEC ISFSI PSP has met the applicable performance objectives and general requirements outlined in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulation, Section 73.55, and the Additional Security Measures imposed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Order EA-02-104.
