UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 Docket No. 50-409 72-046 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-62 AMENDMENT NO. 9 Effective March 15, 2023, Indemnity Agreement No. B-62, between LaCrosseSolutions, LLC, and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 28, 1973, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
The name LaCrosseSolutions, LLC is deleted wherever it appears in the agreement and substituted in lieu thereof by the name: Dairyland Power Cooperative.
Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by deleting the name LaCrosseSolutions, LLC wherever it appears in the agreement and substituted in lieu thereof by the name:
Item 1 - Licensee Dairyland Power Cooperative Address 3200 East Avenue South La Crosse, Wisconsin 54602-0817 In light of the above, Indemnity Agreement No. B-62 is between Dairyland Power Cooperative, and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
