The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is providing by this email, a letter addressed to you regarding the NRCs determination of no effects forInterim Storage Partners'proposed Consolidated Interim Storage Facility to be sited in Andrews County, Texas (the undertaking).
The letter summarizes the support for NRC's determination and encloses a letter to Mr.
Mark Wolfe, the State of Texas Historic Preservation Office, with its own enclosures.The letter to Mr. Wolfe and its enclosures are also provided with this email. One of those enclosures is password protected. The password will be provided separately from this email.
