Jeffrey Isakson (Interim Storage Partners [ISP]), by which the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff notified Mr. Isakson of the availability of the NRC staffs Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for ISPs proposed Consolidated Interim Storage Facility (CISF) located in Andrews County, Texas.

As discussed in the letter, the DEIS is publicly available from the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
