The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is providing by this email, a letter regarding the NRCs determination of no effects forInterim Storage Partners'proposed Consolidated Interim Storage Facility to be sited in Andrews County, Texas (the undertaking).
The letter, addressed to Mr. Mark Wolfe, the State of Texas Historic Preservation Office, summarizes the support for the NRC's determination of no effects. The letter to Mr. Wolfe has enclosures, one of which is password protected. The password will be provided separately from this email.
