RE: [External Email] Letter Re: NRC-2016-0231

Dear Ms. Barnes:

Thank you for your letter of September 10, 2021, regarding the ISP Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The NRCs regulations in 10 CFR Part 51 do not provide for a public comment period on a Final EIS. The NRC has placed your letter in its Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at ML21258A407 and it is publicly available.

The NRC has issued a materials license to ISP for the consolidated interim storage facility.

It can be found in ADAMS at ML21188A096.

Sincerely, James Park, Project Manager U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission From: Margaret Barnes(ELP) <MBarnes@trla.org>
