Cuadrado (NRC) to K. Manzione (Holtec) dated August 10, 2019 Mr. Cuadrado, Holtec is pleased to submit responses to the staffs requests for additional information (RAIs) [1]

on the HI-STORE Consolidated Storage Application.

Attachments 1 and 2 contain the responses to the RAIs in proprietary and non-proprietary versions. Attachment 3 contains a revised, proposed HI-STORE License and Technical Specifications. Attachments 4 and 5 contain the revised HI-STORE SAR, in proprietary and non-proprietary versions. All changes since the initial submittal are shown in track changes, however, the changes made in relation to these RAI responses are highlighted in yellow to ease the staffs review. Additional supporting documents are included as Attachments 6 through 11.

Since some of these attachments are considered proprietary, an affidavit pursuant to 10CFR2.390 is included as Attachment 8, requesting that this information be withheld from public disclosure.
