Dear Mr. Adams:
.My letter of 27 February 1989 requested that amendments be made to the technical specifications of the license for the N.S. SAVANNAH.
It appears that some of the requested changes don't match up to existing technical specifications. I think the best approach is for us to withdraw the request as written and resubmit. There-fore, if you would be so kind as to return the packet, we will resubmit.
