(A) Amendment No. 11 to Facility License No. NS-1 Gentlemen:

i In accordance with reference (a) the following information is hereby j submitted:

a. Status of Facility - The vessel remains moored as before. No entry has been made into the primary containment vessel. The ship was toured by over 275,000 visitors during the year. A wooden hull vintage motor yacht was lowered into #4 Hold at C deck level for display. An inspection was conducted by Patriots Point personnel and determination was made that there was no degradation of primary or secondary systems. i
